The AIESEC in Egypt Tiering System is designed to categorize Local Committees (LCs) based on their performance in key exchange metrics. It helps track growth, set benchmarks, and define the pathway for LCs to improve their performance. These metrics are chosen based on the current reality of AIESEC in Egypt while considering the global top-performing entities. The aim is to have the majority of AIESEC in Egypt LCs competing in the top global rankings. These numbers may be revised at least yearly according to national and global realities.
